TERMS OF SALE
By placing an order through our Site, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms & Conditions and product availability.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This email is an acknowledgement only and does not constitute acceptance of your order.
A contract between you and Offbeat Socks is formed only when your order has been dispatched and you receive a shipping confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where products are unavailable, pricing errors occur, or fraudulent or unauthorised activity is suspected.
PRICING & AVAILABILITY
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, pricing and availability displayed on the Site are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.
If we discover an error relating to pricing or product information after an order has been placed, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the order. If payment has already been processed, you will be offered the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or receiving a full refund.
Stock availability is subject to change without notice. In the event an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we may partially fulfil the order and refund any unavailable item(s).
All prices displayed on the Site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified.
Offbeat Socks is not responsible for any currency conversion fees, international transaction fees or exchange rate variations charged by your payment provider or financial institution.
PAYMENT
We accept a range of secure payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other payment providers displayed at checkout.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- all information provided is true and accurate;
- you are authorised to use the selected payment method; and
- sufficient funds are available to complete the transaction.
Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been successfully processed.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Dispatch and delivery timeframes provided by Offbeat Socks are estimates only and may vary depending on location, carrier delays, peak periods or circumstances outside our control.
Offbeat Socks is not liable for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs processing or force majeure events.
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details entered at checkout are accurate. Offbeat Socks is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.
DISCOUNT CODES & PROMOTIONS
Discount codes and promotional offers may be issued from time to time and are subject to specific conditions outlined at the time of issue.
Unless otherwise stated:
- only one discount code may be used per order;
- discount codes cannot be combined with other offers;
- discount codes are not redeemable for cash; and
- expired codes will not be honoured.
Offbeat Socks reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel promotions, giveaways or discount codes at any time without notice.

All content on this Site, including but not limited to logos, artwork, designs, graphics, product designs, illustrations, photographs, videos, text and branding, is owned, controlled or licensed by The Offbeat Sock Company® and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, sell or exploit any content from the Site without prior written permission from Offbeat Socks.
USER GENERATED CONTENT
By tagging Offbeat Socks on social media, submitting reviews, photographs, videos or other content to us, you grant Offbeat Socks a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, repost and share that content for marketing and promotional purposes.
If you do not wish for your content to be shared, please contact us directly.
PRODUCT IMAGERY & COLOURS
We make every effort to display product colours and imagery as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, monitor or device settings.
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation that cannot legally be excluded.
Where permitted by law, Offbeat Socks’ liability is limited to the replacement, repair or refund of the relevant product.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Offbeat Socks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, Site or services.
Our total liability in relation to any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
