RETURNS & REFUNDS
At The Offbeat Sock Company® (“Offbeat Socks”), we want you to love your socks as much as we do. If something isn’t right, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
CHANGE OF MIND
We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases, including:
- incorrect sizing selections;
- incorrect addresses entered at checkout;
- accidental purchases; or
- preference changes after an order has been placed.
Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.
HYGIENE & WORN ITEMS
Due to hygiene and sanitary reasons, Offbeat Socks cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- worn socks;
- used products;
- face masks; or
- any intimate or sanitary goods.
Products must be unused, unworn and in original condition to be considered for return or exchange unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you believe your item is faulty, damaged or you have received the incorrect item, please contact us at:
Please include:
- your order number;
- a description of the issue; and
- clear photos showing the fault or problem.
Once reviewed and approved, we will organise a replacement, exchange or refund where required in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds or replacements are not automatically provided for:
- change of mind purchases;
- damage caused by misuse;
- normal wear and tear;
- incorrect use of products; or
- issues clearly identified prior to purchase.
RETURNS SHIPPING
Unless an item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items, as Offbeat Socks cannot guarantee returned items will be received.
PROCESSING RETURNS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange request.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
Items purchased online cannot currently be returned or exchanged through physical retail stockists or pop-up locations.
HOLIDAY PERIODS & DELIVERY DELAYS
During holiday, sale and promotional periods, dispatch and delivery timeframes may be extended due to increased order volumes and carrier delays.
While we always do our best to ensure orders arrive promptly, delivery dates provided are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Offbeat Socks is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs processing or circumstances outside our control.
Refunds or compensation will not be provided for delayed deliveries during peak or holiday periods.
If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing at info@offbeatsocks.com.au and we will do our best to assist.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete.
If an incorrect address is supplied and the order is returned, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
If an order is lost or delayed due to incorrect customer information, Offbeat Socks is not responsible for replacement or compensation costs.
